1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Garuda Sunshine LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or book a journey with us.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your place. Full payment is due according to the schedule provided for each journey. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are subject to our published Refund Terms & Conditions. Deposits are nonrefundable. We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
4. Travel Documents & Insurance
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents (passport, visas, vaccinations) and adequate travel insurance for the duration of your journey. Garuda Sunshine LLC is not liable for failure to travel due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
5. Assumption of Risk & Release
Participation in our journeys involves inherent risks. All participants are required to review and sign our Travel Waiver & Release of Liability prior to departure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Garuda Sunshine LLC and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through bookings and inquiries is used solely to operate our services and will not be sold to third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
Garuda Sunshine LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
