Garuda Sunshine LLC — Sacred Earth Tours
All cancellations must be received in writing. The cancellation charges below are calculated based on the total trip price and the number of days before departure that we receive your written cancellation. Deposits are nonrefundable in all cases. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation coverage, to protect your investment.
Deposits. All deposits are nonrefundable and reserve your place on the journey.
Company-initiated cancellations. Garuda Sunshine LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify any journey due to circumstances beyond its control, including weather, political unrest, natural disasters, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, we will offer a transfer to a future journey or a refund of payments received, less non-recoverable costs.
Unused portions. No refunds are available for unused portions of the journey, including accommodations, meals, or activities you choose to skip.
Travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies and trip cancellation. See our Terms of Use.
